Job Description The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: Responsible to reach coverage, visits frequency and consistently delivering sales results in their territory. Represent Gilead products and services with all costumers within their assigned territory. Use their knowledge on products and TA to promote the appropriate use of Gilead products with HCPs and Administrative personnel responsible of the TA within the institutions. Develop, implement, and monitor/follow up a strategic business plan for their territory with a specific focus on key accounts, in collaboration with Medical (MS) and Access (VAM), with clear objectives, KPI, resources and requirements. Orchestrate a cross functional collaboration to guarantee the delivery of the plan and all activities (Marketing, Sales, Medical, Access, etc). Guarantee uninterrupted supply of Gilead’s products with a flawless inventory management monitoring existences at all levels of the account and POs, providing timely information to the Access team. Stakeholder management with a top-notch service to key stakeholders, focused on partnering with them, active listening, follow up, problems anticipation, problem solving. Extracts consolidates and analyzes data within a specific area of concentration based on government regulations and/or terms and conditions in customer agreements. Regular use of the CRM tool (VEEVA). Develops internal metric reports, derives conclusions based on report results and proactively identifies trends or anomalies to manager. Provides business-related insight to support decision making, interacting with external customers and other internal departments to answer questions, provide data, or clarify analysis. Executes and distributes various reports presenting statistics to departmental management to keep them advised on the status, volume, and potential liability of future rebates and other payments. Provides relevant insight and recommendations to business and/or contract managers, beyond data analysis. Influence the timely diagnosis of HIV, respecting institutional guidelines. Use of digital tools for differentiation. Monitors contract requirements to ensure customer and Gilead remain in compliance with contract terms and conditions and maintain contract parameters within Gilead’s contracting operations systems. Monitors contracts and communicates with external customers and vendors to resolve minor issues. End to end responsible of each key account within their territories In places where there isn´t presence of access (VAM´s), take responsibility for carrying out activities related to the administrative. Continuous self-training referring to the promoted pathology. Support CME, trough the strategy established by marketing and medical. Sales technique domain, focused on the client. Bachelor’s degree in medical or commercial fields required. Fluent in spoken and written English is desirable. Infectious diseases experience is desirable. Conocimiento de manejo de torre de control en el IMSS, censo en el ISSSTE y procesos de SSA. Field work This position requires to spend ~80% of time in the field. 50% Travel domestically. Market Analysis and strategic approach. Able to spend majority of time working independently using well defined and established procedures with little guidance.
