IMX ( (Integrated Marketing Experience) ) End to End Strategy Manager - Nutrition Category What You’ll Do for Us  The E2E Strategy Manager, Consumer and Shopper manager will drive the thinking on the consumer and shopper experience and connections in the Nutrition category: How to design marketing around E2E consumer journeys and shopper paths to drive greater conversion, focusing on experience architecture build, orchestration and experience consistency. Connecting the brand business and creative strategies with a consumer-centric ecosystem, that will leverage owned, earned, shared paid touchpoints as well as brand assets. Designing and implementing experiences where the E2E path-to-purchases that take into account consumer and shopper journeys, blended with brand rituals building and have a high focus on weekly + conversion. Designing the next generation of consumer shopper engagement strategies using both digital and physical touchpoints, to deliver end to end strategy designing seamless experiences, before, during and after purchase. Assists the evaluation and selection of Communication partners – reviews work of and relationships with agency teams assigned to the projects; determines opportunities for getting best‐in‐class talent. Assists his team in selecting agencies; helps manage ongoing agency relationships and project and budget dynamics. The E2E Strategy Consumer and Shopper Connections Manager will carry out duties individually while interacting regularly with the Global IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience) team, key players in the OU (Operating Unit) IMX team, OU Category Leaders and Stakeholders, Creative Strategists and Brand Managers, as well as the Frontline and the Franchise Marketing teams. Role will require frequent communication with OU End-to-End Strategy Director, OU IMX Lead, OU Category teams, Frontline and Franchise Marketing leads and teams, as well as the Global IMX team. Role will also interact frequently with external parties, particularly agencies, media companies and partners. Qualifications Requirements  Fluent in English and Spanish (plus Portuguese preferred). Significant marketing, communications, media and leadership experience (10-12 years). Direct experience with connections, digital marketing, media strategy and communication architecture planning for leader and non-leader brands. Preference for individuals with experience in working in consumer and shopper/commercial plans. Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred. Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams. Communicate, influence and negotiate abilities, across multiple stakeholders. Experience in leading strategic conversations, negotiations and alignment with senior and key stakeholders. Ability to provide input to brand creative strategy at category level. Ability to lead integrated brand experience for specific categories and multiple touch points that are effective and efficient. Deep understanding of the evolved media landscape, digital, transactional experiences and e-commerce. Expertise in working with different external partners (e.g. agencies, production houses, media companies, influencers). Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams. Connections Media development knowledge and practice. Digital marketing knowledge and practice. Consumer and shopper engagement knowledge and practice. Good to have: Brand management strategy; Agile ways of working. Primary location will be Mexico; however Flexible Location is allowed (within Latin America countries).
