What You’ll Do for Us: Position Overview for Costa Coffee Marketing Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract 6 months): Collaborate to develop and implement Costa México Portfolio Strategy detecting business opportunities with value added analysis from local context, consumer, distribution channels and brands coffee category performance. Participate in local calendars alignment plans integration with operations, bottlers and all marketing company areas (finance, technical, PAC, SRA). Provide market insights and drive alignment across functions, to help prioritize opportunities and advance execution of programs. Monitor the local competitive scenario. Live promote the 5 core leadership behaviors and live the new culture values. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: Business Plan: Deliver assigned projects brands results in full integration with operations and bottlers addressing locally relevant issues. Lead multidisciplinary teams to become projects. Commercial Plan: Deliver and follow up execution of the proposed Costa commercial plan in all channels and in full integration with OU and bottlers. Identify challenges and opportunities within the category to generate learnings thru the national Costa deployment. Shopper Strategy: Own the development of the Costa Shopper strategy. Develop all the success picture per channel. Understand bottlers and shopper needs to propose the adequate materials per channel to capitalize all the shopper journey and generate sales. Develop the “shopper manual” per season and with clear objectives per material per channel. Brand Edge: Participate in the development of the Brand positioning for Costa in Mexico. Actively challenge and identify opportunities for the Costa Brand Positioning in Mexico. Projects Implementation and supervision: execute Integrated Marketing and commercial Programs in alignment with operations team. Execute, based in BP priorities, day-to-day action plans with bottlers. Post evaluate plans feeding back all necessary learnings. System management: Participate in the dialogue and influence local operation function and Bottlers on day-to-day topics. Identify and address brand related issues risen by the Bottlers or operations and propose coordinate action plans to provide solutions. Provide local data insights and drive alignment across functions to ensure local relevance on implemented plans. Identify and propose local initiatives opportunities in México market and distribution channels. Monitor the local competitive scenario.
