This job share arrangement will see you as the Office Administrator for the Reception function, working a 5-day fortnight on a fixed term basis for 12 months. The Office Administrator provides efficient, accurate and timely administrative services to the Brisbane Corporate Office (BCO) employees and guests. Your duties will include:Maintain and improve all reception and office management processes, procedures and formsManage all building facilities related purchase requisitions and purchase orders to be raised via SAPReceipting and management of all invoicesProactively manage kitchen equipment and stock levels including servicing and orderingAssist with all office meetings and functions including room set up, breakdown and cateringGreeting all guests and control the signing in and out processAnswering all incoming calls and redirecting where requiredPerform all other general reception duties as required
