You will provide highest level of customer service to the customers and will challenge your ability to perform in a high paced environment. As a Technical Support Specialist - Real Time System, you will be responsible for: Identifying, resolving technical incidents and problems proactively to ensure a prompt solution. Providing real-time-monitoring of drilling activities in order to complete operations in a safe and efficient manner. Developing your technical knowledge and expertise to provide effective problem solving. Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing Realtime system issues.
