Key Responsibilities Responsibility for Cold Chain Storage, Cold Chain Transport, Cold Chain Solutions and Cold chain Consulting Respond to RFI/RFQ/RFP requirement by providing in-depth analysis on customer’s requirements, Make reasonable assumptions to create Cold Chain solutions for new and existing customers scope of work Joint customers visits as needed Work with solutions engineers and Warehouse team for process modelling to derive on warehouse resource requirement (manpower, equipment, MHE, IT), storage type (racking, shelving, automation), capital expenditure (***) items and operating expenses (OPEX). Liaise with Regional Procurement team to obtain cost information as required and help manage vendors as needed Liaise with Area HR team to prepare for manpower cost according to each job level’s requirement. Prepare presentation materials to illustrate the proposed solutions to customer’s tender requirement. Review proposal and pricing to meet customer’s target rate during negotiation phases. Hand-over final solution proposal and tender details to Implementation Team and/or Execution Team for project implementation. Assist in implementation phase to check on actual operations with finalized tender condition, make adjustment to pricing or scope of work as required. Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager. We are looking for Technical knowledge and experience on Cold Chain, particularly in food. Fluent in English, and the local language to communicate with various stakeholders (customers, overseas colleagues, suppliers) in view of business requirement. In-depth understanding of Cold Chain supply chain Ability to work independently with minimal supervision for RFI/RFQ/RFP processes. Resourceful, result-oriented, optimistic and able to thrive under pressure to meet tender deadlines Excellent interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills Must be meticulous, having advanced organizational skill and a team player Strong desire for success with a never-say-die attitude to handle all assigned tasks. Advanced level in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc) and knowledge of WMS, TMS, EDI and CRM operating systems. Basic understanding of contractual terms is an added advantage. Willing to travel.
