KONE Philippines is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking a Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) Team Lead to join our Delivery Operation team in Rockwell, Makati Philippines office. He/she will drives and supports Front Line (FL) planning activities across New Business Solutions and Modernization, resulting in the agreed and aligned sales plan, installation resource plan, materials plan and financial forecast. SOP Manager is accountable for SOP process performance in terms of plan accuracy, cross-functional participation and proactive decision making by all stakeholders. He/She is the expert go-to person for FL/Area/Global staff for all SOP content, process, data and tools. What will you be doing? Manage SOP activities/ 1PLAN Monthly Cycle Provide analysis of product mix trends, forecast accuracy root causes to identify forecast improvements, and lead time trends against assumptions used for the forecasts. Accountable for implementing and maintaining the SOP process by training, coaching, influencing, and supporting all projects. Preparing meaningful, decision-making material for monthly Executive Meeting (incl. regional demand plan consolidation, mix/trend analysis, risk and opportunity identification, financial scenario analysis, explanation of historical variation to plan for all projects) Order Book Management Focus on lead time trends against assumptions used for the forecasts. Support Delivery Operations Managers, Supervisors and/or respective roles on Front Line side in Order Book accuracy and quality Responsible to maintain Milestones planning accuracy by coordinating with Project managers supervisors. Resolves any planning related master data inaccuracies or issues Ensures that order book is updated by the operations team Key Driver for In-Process Review (IPR) and Project Portfolio review Drive the IPR review meeting with all stakeholders, prepare analysis after IPR review and forecast cost updated in SAP Pro-actively to liaise with Operations, Sourcing, CSE and Finance to understand the Risk and Opportunities of IPR selected projects. Also agreed on corrective actions, define responsibilities and deadlines, and share learnings Focus on all milestones planning by networks level, IPR status and financial impact, Cash to Cost, Project Costing by Networks and RE level (Actual + Commitment cost vs. Forecast) and take necessary action to close the gaps Accountable for correct and timely booking of received orders Ensures that other order booking absolutes have been met and quality of required deliverables is adequate for order booking Validate the Supporting Documents from Project Admins and Sales Reviews and accountable for KPI Rough Cut Capacity Plan: Capacity vs. Resources Installation resource planning - Collaborates with Project Managers by optimize installation resource utilization (sub-con, labour and tools) by preparing capacity and solving imbalances with Operations Sourcing (Front Line, Area and Global) Are you the one? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance, or Demand Planning role in a multinational working environment Prior working experience implementing cross functional processes. Proficient in Microsoft Application especially MS Excel and SAP. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with every level of the organization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, especially in English Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines What do we offer?
