As SAP Cutover Manager, you will be a key driver in building our digital core global ERP S4HANA platform. Maersk is on multi-year program to revamp its technology and digital solutions footprint and as part of our new strategy, SAP will act as the ‘digital core’ for the company’s finance processes enabled by SAP’s latest cloud and S4HANA offerings. Maersk has currently ECC based SAP finance solutions running for Ocean and logistics divisions and our plan is to subsume these solutions within revamped green field S4HANA implementations. You will be part of the SAP engineering team which owns solution template, design, configuration, development, testing and deployment of the SAP solution in Maersk. Who we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced, innovative self-starter with the following background and skillset. Required: · At least 10-15 years’ experience of being part of the project management office for large projects covering at least 3-5 full lifecycle SAP implementation experience with the demonstrated ability and in-depth knowledge in all aspects agile way of delivery. · Project Management experience. · In depth knowledge and experience of SAP activate. · Strong Microsoft Project skills. · Very strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills. · Structured, highly analytical mind-set and excellent problem-solving skills. · Highly motivated and work well under pressure within diverse cultural environment. · An individual who respects the opinion of others; yet can drive a decision though the team. · Credible with senior stakeholders and able to hold their own in conversations at this level. · Natural ability to coordinate and facilitate diverse teams of different skill sets, backgrounds, geographies, and cultures. Desirable: · S/4 HANA project experience highly desirable. · Functional or Technical knowledge of specific SAP modules is a plus. · Experience of managing Scrum teams as a Scrum Master. · Knowledge and experience of Agile Methodology and use of JIRA. · Logistics industry experience.
