This position is initially offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, primarily to deliver a variety of recruitment work such as projects and day-to-day recruitment for our operations.Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Global Shared Services team based in Brisbane and will work closely with business leaders and HR site teams to deliver a variety of recruitment activity. Our Talent Acquisition Analysts are supported by a capable administration team who schedule all interviews and manage full pre-employment check process and candidates are handed over after acceptance to our onboarding team.This exciting and varied role will see you accountable for:Bulk recruitment campaignsManage the full recruitment cycle process - from job brief through to candidate selectionMaking ‘the candidate experience’ your top priority while maintaining meaningful stakeholder and candidate engagement throughout the hiring processCollaborating with HR and Hiring Managers identifying job requirements and determining qualification criteria for candidates while providing support/advice to Hiring Managers throughout candidate selectionDeveloping an expertise in a particular discipline or business area and share market insight and data to assist Hiring Managers to make informed decisionsActively support our Diversity and Inclusion strategy
