Under the guidance of our Associate Director, the Assistant Nurse Manager:
You will coordinate the day-to-day operations of a designated unit to ensure high-quality, personalized patient care in line with the Medical Center's values.
How would you like to lead?
You will be responsible for expertly applying the nursing process and delivering exceptional patient care.
You will demonstrate your professional skills, use your knowledge, and provide leadership and guidance to support the clinical performance of your team.
You will inspire motivation and creativity, enabling effective change in the nursing department at both the departmental and institutional levels.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in healthcare, nursing, or healthcare administration (Preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
Licenses:
California State Registered Nurse License (Upon Hire)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification (Upon Hire)
Relevant Specialty Certification (Upon Hire)
Experience:
Minimum of five years of experience in an acute care setting, including two years of specialty and supervisory experience
Physical Demands:
Lifting, Standing, Walking
