This newly created leadership role is crucial to the success of the Ability Action Australia team. This role will build and lead a team of Allied Health professionals to deliver a high standard of allied health services to the NDIS market. The Business Partner will be responsible for the financial management, service delivery and quality functions of their operations. On a daily basis, you will:Manage a team in partnership with senior leadership to create a culture of performance excellence in all aspects of service delivery;Drive and assist with recruitment and selection process;Work with the onboarding team to ensure team members are appropriately inducted and onboarded to AAA;Oversee workforce planning functions;Review and manage team performance;Monitor and report on financial performance of your team.
