[What you will be working on] We are seeking experienced Unix Infrastructure engineer for Infrastructure migration project. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in handling migration projects of critical IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Unix, WebSphere, Oracle database, and network technologies. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of tools such as Autosys, Big Fix, IBM MQ, and scripting, and should be well-*** in testing and agile principles. Lead and manage IT Infrastructure migration project of critical IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to operations. Conduct thorough testing and validation of infrastructure changes to ensure reliability and performance. Follow through organisations process on Application, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity governance for Go-Live stage gates. Periodic reporting and timely escalation of issues and risks arising during project stage. Post go-live support to keep infrastructure complaint such as patching, Configuration management (CIS standard) and Vulnerability management etc. Maintain Infrastructure with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve infrastructure capabilities. [What we are looking for] IT professional with at least 10 years of experience. Proven experience in handling migration projects of critical IT infrastructure. Work experience in supporting IBM Power AIX, IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM MQ and shell scripting. Relevant certifications in these areas are preferred. Proficiency in Oracle database, Autosys and Network technologies is preferred. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and agile principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities with problem-solving and analytical skills. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment. This is a contract position till Dec 2025.
