The role will be based in in Riyadh What you will do: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as Vice- President Commercial Procurement Middle East . The role will be based in in Riyadh In this role you will provide professional commercial support to Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia Limited (RRSAL). The role exists to ensure that business is taken and conducted in a manner that minimises and mitigates exposure to risk, is appropriate to RRSAL and is in compliance with RR Plc and RRSAL policy and legal Key accountabilities: Identify potential risks and liabilities inherent in tenders and contracts, propose and negotiate amendments to minimise or mitigate the same, using judgment in balancing commercial/legal considerations and risk assessments against the business requirements of RRSAL. Negotiate directly with worldwide customers and/or partners to reach acceptable terms and conditions for New Equipment, Aftermarket and Service agreements. Develop RRSAL standard terms of business as required for new products and services offered. Advise the RRSAL organisation on commercial matters Manage supplier RFQ, contracting and Purchase Orders for RRSAL contracts. Raise and issue Purchase Orders to RRSAL suppliers Co-ordination of Export Licenses, ITAR control and Security clearance of RRSAL personnel Key Experiences and any Qualifications Experience in a contracts positions including commercial and legal contracting principles and processes; Must have experience in contract writing; Contracts negotiation and management experience Managing supplier contracts, RFQs, PO’s Good understanding of insurance, taxation, treasury and finance matters as they relate to the business; General understanding of RR Plc functions including there interaction You will preferably have a diploma in a relevant field We are an equal opportunities employer.
