The overall goal of the project is to support the client's CX transformation.
Currently, the client is migrating from legacy digital channels to LivePerson. As such, there are existing 3rd party integration and internal processes that must be ported over from legacy to LivePerson.In addition to porting existing functionality, there will need to be some integration between LP and Voice Channels.There will also be work involving integrating or implementing existing backend services to facilitate reporting.We are looking for aSenior QA Engineerto join our team.Responsibilities:Creation and execution of test plansIdentify and assist with troubleshooting defectsWork in an agile environment, using methodologies like Scrum or KanbanEnsuring all QA deliverables are effectively planned, tracked, and delivered according to project deadlinesWork on multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on need and priorityAssist in planning and estimating development projects/sprints in relation to testing requirements
