The Regional Wellness Manager’s role is responsible for managing and mobilising a team of Psychologiststo deliver exceptional services to our clients in their journey towards sustainable employment. You must have 3+ years management experience.The Wellness Manager will work alongside the Operations team to deliver exceptional service and performance in accordance with contractual requirements.Key duties of the role will include:Engage and lead a team of Health and Wellness Advisors for success.Ensure staffing numbers meet service delivery requirements at divisional level.Prepare Regional budget in conjunction with Operations Manager.Achieve financial targets across the Region.Provide leadership and direction to Service Managers to ensure Region / ESA meets financial objectives.Foster an organisational culture that always maintains a customer focus and a commitment to deliver service excellence.
