Partner with the best Quest Integrity, a global leader in pipeline inspection and engineering services, is seeking an experienced Principal Subsea Pipeline/Riser Integrity Engineer who will support the development and activities of our subsea in-line inspection (ILI) and integrity services to include all phases of project planning, delivery and business development. As a Quest Integrity Subsea Pipeline/Riser Integrity Engineer, you will be responsible for: Providing technical stewardship and execution related to subsea pipeline and riser inspection projects, including integrity and reliability solutions, post in-line inspection fitness-for-service assessments, and life cycle extension. Coordinating with the subsea sales team to identify and create new opportunities for subsea in-line inspection and engineering services including client identification and solution development by aligning and engaging with regional sales teams, including participating in sales calls and regional meetings, and supporting client visits. Managing projects and deliverables while ensuring quality of deliverables, timeliness of deliverables, and adherence to budget. Providing oversight for subsea projects and mentorship of multi-disciplinary project teams. Providing input to annual subsea budget. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Presenting Quest Integrity subsea integrity capabilities at conferences, trade shows, and forums. Participating in the development of the subsea integrity team, including career progression, mentoring, and recruiting. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: MS or BS in related engineering field. 7+ years of industry experience and technical knowledge in subsea inspection and integrity engineering. Deepwater knowledge and experience preferred. 5+ years of previous employment by a pipeline owner/operator or consulting firm preferred. Demonstrated expertise in relevant subsea pipeline, riser and fitness-for-service codes and standards and regulatory requirements. Experience with management of subsea pipeline and riser integrity engineering projects. Experience working with a team performing in-line inspection as well as more advanced engineering assessments such as fracture mechanics, computational mechanics, and finite element analysis preferred. Proven ability to interact with and effectively manage input from multiple stakeholders to deliver business unit and enterprise goals. Must be self-driven, highly motivated, and diplomatic, and be able to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to confidently deliver presentations to technical audiences. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Travel requirement: estimated at 30%. Compelling negotiation skills.
