Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite This role reports directly to Credit Manager, Stryker Italy and is responsible to assigned customer portfolio and achieve annual target metrics. Key Activities Accountabilities coordinating with the Credit Manager Proactively manage debt collection on assigned Portfolio of accounts, minimizing the Company credit exposure and the risk of credits write off with a costant alignment with the Credit manager Issue the credit statements to clients using established guidelines, deadlines, procedures and process driven methodology Solve timely the queries from customers to facilitate payments Agree on payment plans with customers coordinating with the Credit Manager and ensure that they are adhered to Collect and analyze the reports from rating agency Review credit limits for both new and existing assigned customerscoordinating with the Credit Manager Timely purchase orders unblock if agreed with Credit Manager Prioritise and manage a challenging workload whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction Maintain a constant alignment on activities and next steps with the Credit manager and support on ad hoc projects when required Make sure that communication flows and collaboration with internal departments are properly managed in order to maintain an accurate position on customers’ accounts Ensure that all prepared communications are reviewed in advance by the credit manager and accurately recorded/documented in timely manner Support during Statutory and internal Audit on Account Receivables Education Diploma in Finance/Business related subjects or Credit Management Accreditation Fluent spoken and written English. Any other European language is a plus Experience 1+ years of credit experience./ customer management experience Competencies Excellent communication skills on all levels Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team Good technical and analytical skills Sense of urgency and ability to work in fast paced office environment Deadline focused with ability to prioritise tasks Flexible and multi-tasking ability to produce results Effective problem solving skills Ability to navigate Stryker system Oracle, MYDSO, Power BI Travel Percentage: 20% Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
