What will you do The main objectives for the role are to provide, at an analytical level, inventory visibility on the different sites that the company and clients have. Being able to lift the different stock deviations or processes that involve company assets. On the other hand, is responsible back up in different functions that involve movements of merchandise within the area. This role will encompass teamwork and collaboration, quality standards, professionalism, and integrity to ensure that results are delivered in accordance with the company's strategic plans and objectives. Follow-up inventory levels (daily, weekly and monthly) in order to ensure timely decision, sales projection and avoiding risks by providing action plans to the organization Management and analysis involving Stryker inventory movement through all potential channels (including phone, mail, etc.). Responsible for carrying out general and cyclical inventories with the logistics supervisor and delivering the respective analyzes. Maintain control of due dates of sterilize products by performing cyclical inventories for this function. Reporting of inconsistencies in batches and / or expiration dates that prevent the dispatch of products. Audit income and output of inventory in the different sites, FSL or consignments detecting opportunities for improvement. Support in the documentation of the area, speeding up products movement processes. Together with the supervisor create procedures and / or review the current ones that involve movement of products. Leading the process about destruction and damage of products. Any inventory mismatch will be able to make an analysis and respond by keeping the stock as reliable as possible. Support the different areas in relation to inventory and their different doubts (internal client). Generate KPI of the management carried out and its monitoring. Schedule and carry out inventory taking and analysis in consignments. What will you do Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Logistics or correlated. Previous Logistics and Warehouse experience. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently, retain a sense of urgency and meet strict timelines. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Good analytical and reasoning abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel mid-level expertise). JD Edward experience will be a plus. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
