Job Description This Logistics Analyst, as part of the Logistics Organization, is intended to perform activities related to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing. Evaluates internal and external customer support to ensure their requirements are met. Serves as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. This analyst will be focused on developing and implementing logistics plans, budgets, controlling expenses and follow up productivity projects. Key Area(s) of Focus: Expenses Control Process improvement Productivity Budget Role and Responsibilities: Establishes a trusted relationship with suppliers and customers (external/internal), understands customer needs and organization model. Create a strong teamwork environment by controlling Logistics operation expenses to gain accuracy and accountability. Communicates assertively with all stakeholders in logistics operation to get expected results and to improve process that support the service. This role will be accountable for controlling expenses in inbound and outbound operation in the whole region. And all related transactions (budgets, forecasts, accruals, reconciliations, etc.) Work close to external vendors to negotiate and control rates and invoices. Creates process improvement outcomes by using application knowledge, own expertise/best practices, and high-level strategies. Engage the appropriate departments and coordinate the accurate and timely invoice posting. Control weekly, monthly, and quarterly expenses forecast. Contributes actively with the permanent alignment from strategy to execution driving performance KPI's to monitor and control potential corrective actions. Maintains and presents Expenses reports to her manager and prepare BU business management update with stablished cadence. Works in a collaborative way with the whole organization to fiscal year goals. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Demonstrated experience in controlling expenses and budgets. English language (Intermediate - speak and write). Experience working with different levels within an organization. Demonstrated ability to interact daily with peers and vendors.
