Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records and statements
Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Prepare financial reports for management review
Assist with financial audits as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification preferred
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
