Driver *** Technician

Job description
RESPONSIBILITY:
Perform electrical & general installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks according to safety regulations and standards.
Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
Assist with driving duties as needed, including transporting team, materials and equipment, to various locations.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles, including regular inspections and repairs.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and tasks.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
Plan and schedule daily activities, including assigning tasks to workers and subcontractors.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager or superintendent.
Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the worksite.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
SKILLS:
In-depth knowledge of electrical.
•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record / Manual license is preferred.
•Strong communication skills in English.
Good knowledge of troubleshooting and solving client complains.
Maintenance experience in Electricity, Plumbing & HVAC.
High School Diploma/bachelor's or equivalent qualification.
Advance understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.

License/Certification:
Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
