Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute a diverse range of Grilled Arabic dishes with precision and creativity********Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste********Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop new menu items********Manage and organize kitchen operations to meet health and safety standards********Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed********Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Professional Cook in a reputable restaurant or culinary establishment********Deep knowledge of Traditional Arabic Gulf Cuisine and culinary techniques********Creativity and innovation in crafting unique and appealing dishes********Strong organizational and leadership skills********Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment********Flexibility to adapt to changing menu requirements and kitchen dynamics********Availability for a 1-2 week trial period to showcase your culinary skills and teamwork.
