We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Laborer to join our team. As a Cleaning Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that our workspace meets established sanitation standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces.
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
3. Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated receptacles.
4. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
5. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as break rooms, hallways, and entryways.
6. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap as needed.
7. Follow established safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
8. Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues observed during cleaning duties.
9. Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards********Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks within designated timeframes********Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
3. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
5. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
8. Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
9. Positive attitude and strong work ethic********Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
