Required - Accountant (1Nos. Female).

Candidates must have a minimum experience of 2-3 years of accounting background in UAE.
With experience in Freezone operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in compliance with company policies.
3. Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
4. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
5. Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and conducting variance analysis.
6. Assist in coordinating audits and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
8. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and efficiency in financial operations.
9. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field********-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the oil field industry.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., ERP, Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
8. With experience in Freezone operations preferably Filipino lady
