We are seeking Male skilled and compassionate Massage Therapists specializing in reflexology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in foot reflexology and be passionate about holistic wellness. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality reflexology sessions, ensuring that each client experiences the therapeutic benefits of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional and personalized reflexology foot massages to clients, adhering to Sole Oasis's standards.
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
Deliver additional massages, including head, shoulder, back, and arm massages, as part of the 1-hour service package.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the treatment rooms.
Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology and other massage techniques offered at Sole Oasis.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort throughout their visit.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize client flow and minimize wait times.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and expand service offerings.

Skills
Certification or diploma in Reflexology or a related field is highly advantageous.
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, with a specialization in reflexology foot massage.
Knowledge of various massage techniques, with a focus on reflexology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
Spoken English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
