Job Description JOB PURPOSE Responsible for the successful completion of the EIT trainee training program and meeting the requirements of an entry-level project engineer. JOB ASSIGNMENT Familiarize yourself with Rockwell Automation (RA) products and their application. Complete project tasks based on the assigned work order. Deliver and execute the assigned projects on time with a focus on good quality and cost-effectiveness to ensure customer satisfaction. Continuously improve engineering capabilities and share best practices with team members to enhance the overall team capabilities. Assist the Project Manager in resolving technical issues. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure customer requirements are met. Ensure that all technical aspects defined in the sales proposal are fulfilled during project delivery. Ensure that project implementation adheres to the SSB standard procedure. Maximize the use of reusable standard products and engineering during project delivery. Requirement Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Control Engineering (0-2 years of experience). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in technical fundamentals (PLC, HMI, VSD, Automation Control). Intermediate-level expertise in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives, and Networks, with a basic understanding of all our products (specifically, Motion Control, Drive Systems, Services, and Solutions). Entry-level experience in Automation Systems or related system design, such as control systems, power distribution systems, and drive systems.
