Partner with the best As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams. You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop strategies for new business and expand existing businesses. As Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts and complex product lines. Generating drill bit proposals, application engineering studies, design recommendations, performance drilling parameter and vibration mitigation recommendations. Working closely with operators and Baker Hughes design engineers to modify existing products and/or new designs to better suit current applications. Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts. Being responsible for providing sales and engineering support to oil and gas operators in Australia. Assisting with the development of short and long range sales goals. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelors level degree program in Engineering or related. Have at least 5 years of significant Oil Gas or Oilfield Services experience with proven experience in various Drill Bits functions.
