The company is a well-established business based in Dubai. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to join our team based in our warehouse located in Dubai South, responsible for data and coding management of brands.

Responsibilities:

• Defining Logics for item codes and developing smart codes to the products.
• Registering the products with detailed specs and pricings.
• Unifying the codes across various companies.
• Defining accounting dimensions in codes for better price grouping.
• Defining UPC, EAN codes to the products and ensuring the machine reading at retail level.
• Defining Harmonized System Commodity Code (HSC Codes).
• Defining Country of Origin.
• Ensuring item images are well integrated with ERP system for easy identification and selling.
• Flagging and integrating items for sales events.
• Clear definition of Brands, Product Groups, Categories, Gender & Numerical Digits.
• Debugging legacy data.
• Monitoring Data constantly and ensuring corrections for proper analyzing.

Skills & Abilities:

• Good Hands-on experience on Coding Structures of lifestyle products.
• Knowledge on UPC, EAN, QR & RFIDs.
• Hands on experience on ERP system.
• Excellent Excel & Power BI Knowledge.
• Appetite for continuous improvement.
• Good English Communication Skills.

Educational and Relevant Experience:

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering.
• 4 Years of proven work experience in data management or similar role.
