Our client is a leading provider of medical equipment, specializing in dermatology products.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical equipment sales, with specific experience in dermatology. This role involves managing a team of three sales representatives, developing strategies to drive sales, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market conditions to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical equipment field, with at least 4 years in dermatology.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions.
Self-motivated, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
