Role Description
We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position AGM - Accounts & Finance at Navjyot International Private Limited in Dubai. As an AGM - Accounts & Finance, you will be responsible for manage accounts/ finance of a high growth start up into mining, manufacturing and international trading operations. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years’ work ex ideally with good exposure to banking and accounting on Dubai/ UAE. Must be good at accounting & MIS, accounts finalization, cash flow management, banking with exposure to international trade and shipping. Should be a good team player, good at communication since he/she will be required to communicate with team members.
Job Location: Dubai
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or an MBA in Accounts and Finance.
Exp: 8+ years post qualification
Age: 30 to 45 years
Compensation package: 20 to 24 LPA + Extra Benefits
Reports in to: Board of Directors
Note: Candidates who are willing to relocating to Dubai from India are also encouraged to apply for this job.

Notice period: The notice period should not exceed 30 days.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and submission of management accounts to Board of Directors.
• Managing cash flows and updating BOD on the same from time to time.
• Managing banking transactions and relationships with all banks.
• Participate in recruitment of team members and provide leadership to for the team.
• Managing and guiding on commercial transactions to include sales contracts/ LCs, bank guarantees and other financial instruments for as needed for international trade.
• Ensuring statutory compliances and regulatory requirements are complied.
• Accounting, budgeting, costing, MIS reports for mining/ manufacturing/ trading ops as needed.
• Guide and advise the BOD on accounting/ financial matters as needed.
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant certification or an MBA in Accounts and Finance from a Grade 1 university or college offers a prestigious and rigorous pathway to advanced financial expertise and career success.
• Possessing a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the same industry ensures a deep understanding of sector-specific challenges and opportunities, making one a valuable asset to any organization.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Tally and ERP systems, along with extensive experience in accounting, to effectively manage and streamline financial processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Willingness to travel to origin / sourcing countries.
• Thorough knowledge of computers, worked on MS Office/ MS Excel
• Self-motivated, team player as well as an independent worker, team leader and ready to learn and adapt to new business environment.
