Mattel Australia New Zealand are seeking a proactive and passionate eCommerce Assistant to join our Customer Marketing team! This role will support the day to day execution of Mattel ANZ’s eCommerce strategy by ensuring product and brand integrity and alignment across all retail channels.The right candidate for this role will have strong organisational skills, effective interpersonal skills, and will be excited to join a purpose drive, fun (we sell toys!) and fast paced organisation where no two days are the same.As an eCommerce Assistant you will be responsible for: Managing all product data and product enrichment in key systems across all retailer partnersMaking edits to localise global image assets using Adobe creative suite (Photoshop Illustrator)Creating retailer asset packs ready to deploy using globally supplied contentAd hoc support for digital campaign asset banners and tilesConstant site auditing, executing merchandising strategies with both commercial and brand focusSupplying relevant artwork to key retailers to support key launchesSupporting the eCommerce Associate with on-site product merchandisingIdentifying and communicating opportunities for online useability improvements based on experience and feedback
