Our Wireline Services team arrange technical expertise to meet our client expectation. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to improve their operations reliably and efficiently. Partner with the best As a Slickline Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising and delivering slickline operation across wellsite in Australia. This includes gas lift valve, bailing, swabbing, plug setting and retrieval etc. Salary Range: AUD 90,000 – 110,000 / Per-annum As a Slickline Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Supervising wellsite operations in rig-less platform and hydraulic workover unit operations. including servicing and operation of 10K pressure control equipment. Supervising and supporting assembly, checking, maintenance and loading necessary equipment required for scheduled operations. Involving in operations planning with onshore based Service Delivery Coordinator Providing training to local personnel in best practices, published standard operating procedures, facilitating knowledge transfer, and developing local lessons learned. Developing and maintaining records and communications as required by Operations Manager Re-developing and re-defining local procedures to assist with start-up of offshore operations. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have high School diploma or equivalent. Have minimum 5 years industry experience, with offshore operations Have valid MSIC and demonstrated Pressure Control Competency Have excellent sense of teamwork, able to effectively manage slickline personnel in an offshore environment. Have competence with slickline pressure control equipment and Platform or Hydraulic Workover rigs. Have individual motivation to concentrate on, and develop, personnel competency gaps to continue their learning curve within the industry.
