The Snr. Account Executive (SAE) will play a significant role in helping support International Sales executives in several key areas: Pipeline deal inspection, identifying opportunities that are at-risk, could be Up-sold, or pushed to a faster close. Reviewing account activity for opportunities to ensure proper coaching can get to the Regional Account Manager through local sales leaders and coaches. The SAE will also help establish Standing Offers and coordinate opportunities for multinational and global type organizations. Other actions may include reviewing close/lost reports, lead activity reports and referral reports to find missed opportunities to generate income. The SAE will collaborate with the Sales Leader of the region, Sales Coaches and even the EVP to find ways to streamline activities that slow production down. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback to the Directors and Sales Coaches to continue to improve the execution of the reps they support.
Responsibilities:

Review pipelines in collaboration with the Sales Directors to find areas to maximize revenue, pull deals in faster, provide coaching guidance to the Sales Coaches to focus on and other revenue generating activities
Establish and maintain the Standing Offers (SOs) in their area and work with the other SAE’s to seek out more SOs that can help ensure more success in their areas
Help coordinate selling to Global and Multinational organizations across multiple regions and territories globally
Identify opportunities to penetrate Civic Groups, Industry Associations, Peer Groups, Informal Networks in order to increase revenue-generating activities and to promote the KnowBe4 brand
Understand discounting policy and work within those guidelines to drive in new business with a Regional Account Manager
Be available to tag deals that have lapsed, are stuck or have gone dark in coordination with Sales Directors.
Provide an end of month summary on actions SAE took to drive quota/target makers and the results of those actions to the SVP and Directors of the areas
Investigate closed/lost reports and pipelines for missed opportunities and improve the sales process through working with the sales rep to revive any lost deals and increase deal size
Monitor the push reports and stale opportunities to help uncover opportunities that require escalation

Qualifications:

Minimum 1.5 years of sales experience
Negotiation Training (Internal)
Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
