Be part of an organisationthat cares for its employees the same way we do for our participants.As an experienced PBS practitioner some of your responsibilities will include:Supporting our PBS Clinical Lead and leadership teamto ensure a high standards of work is delivered in accordance to legislative requirementsAbility to mentor and work collaborativelywith members of a multi-disciplinary teamAssistingparticipants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify needs through aperson-centered approach in a community based settingDevelopand deliver behavior support servicesin accordance with the NDIS safeguards framework ,particularly regardingrestrictive practicesEnsuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions and strengths, as well as ensuring they get more out of lifeEssential CriteriaA minimum of 2years' in development and implementation of positiveBehaviour SupportRelevant qualification in allied health or social care and eligibility to register with the relevant membership bodyEligibilityto be registered with the NDIS Quality Safeguarding Commission as a Proficient or Advanced PBS PractitionerExperience delivering services under the NDISA passion for being a leader in their field and delivering quality, evidence based therapeutic interventionsA drivers' licence and full access to a vehicleA national police clearance and working with children check (or the ability to obtain one)Desirable CriteriaRegistration with relevant professional bodyExperience in providing training wand supervision to a teamThe benefits on offerAs you support many, we support you.
