Our clients in the financial industry is looking for a Process Engineer for their head office in Cape Town for a period of 6 months.Key ResponsibilitiesComplex systems process analysis, design and integration.Translation of business requirements into workable business process models/business process architecture/functional requirements. Ensuring that business requirements (and the resulting business process design) are aligned to the Company’s Target Operating Model (‘TOM’) and to resolve exceptions.Working closely with project managers and the business to assist in the delivery of the Company’s Operating Plan projects and initiatives.Analysing business performance using industry standard process reengineering techniques e.g. Lean 6 Sigma.Designing to-be processes including future state flows, methods and procedures, implementation plans policies and strategies.Facilitating the redesign of business processes including clarifying, identifying issues, and facilitating changes to attain the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, control and compliance.Identifying the root of business problems and creating strong rational business cases for change/no change.
