About this opportunity Based at Maddington, The Sales and Administration Assistant will support the WA Procurement and Sales Manager along with the Operational Manager and ISO Container Tank Services team covering all areas of administration, customer service and sales support, whilst ensuring that the site processes are compliant with PACT Group best practice requirements.The role not only supports but leads the site by championing best practice when it comes to administrative and office requirements. Ultimately, the successful applicant will ensure;from an administrative level, smooth throughput, and process of the site administration requirements.from a customer service standpoint they will maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base as their ‘point of contact’ whilst assisting with onboarding any new customer relationships.The ideal applicant will have a successful background working closely with operational management, blue-collar team members and drivers within a fast-paced environment. Essential will be their communication skills with the ability to lead the sites administration.This role is a crucial member of our site customer services, sales and admin team and will play a major part in driving our goals of process improvement, cost efficiency, quality, customer engagement and increased administrative functionality.The key responsibilities will include:General Specific Office Administration, Customer Service and Sales Assistance as required including:Day to day office managementSubmission of estimatesProcessing of weekly payrollInvoicing of completed jobsData entry and analysis (SAP or equivalent)In-bound/ Out-bound calls general customer enquiriesReceive and action enquiries from customers in relation to sales orders, delivery dates, stock availability, timeslots etcUpdating product/service informationEnsure prompt and accurate processing of sales orders, order changes, cancellations, stock reports etcManage open order reports and/or stock on hand dashboardsProvide back up support to other Sales Admin team members across the other WA businesses if required.Process credits, debits, and recharges where applicableTo be successful you will be able to demonstrate:Relevant experience including manufacturing or operational administration/supportPrevious involvement with working on an operational siteExperience in Payroll processing Sound computer literacy including Word, Excel, Power BI and PowerPointWell developed communication and influencing skillsAbility to work independently, set priorities and manage competing deadlines.Strong problem solving and analytical skillsOur WA Team is highly passionate, driven and enjoys what they do.
