We are looking for an experienced COO to oversee group operations, ensure operational efficiency, make improvements and help us to achieve key strategic, operational and business objectives. You'll develop and maintain all operational business plans, and lead the development and implementation of "best fit for purpose" business operations.You'll bring strong leadership skills, helping drive a culture of accountability, cooperation and teamwork, positioning TPRC as an employer of choice in Australia and the Philippines. You'll help drive strong operational performance, and be comfortable being hands-on when necessary to deliver on strategy. Partnership and relationship management is also critical in this role - you'll ensure stakeholders have the info they need, clients are delighted, and company updates are relevant and engaging.
