Partner with the best The main purpose of the role is to supervise the day to day running of the facility in compliance with BHI and regulatory requirements. As a Ballistics Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing an operation, business unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures. Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit. Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department. Coordinating and supervise job planning and preparation, personnel assignments, administration support Maintaining HSE and Service quality performance in area and being aware of the dangerous goods requirements for shipping. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have degree in related engineering discipline or relevant background in a similar position Demonstrate experience in Operation Management Have a valid driving licence Be proficient in English (oral and written) Have ability to satisfy all regulatory requirements Be able to coordinate and supervise job planning and preparation with Ops Be action orientated with good problem-solving skills.
