AECOM has a unique opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Group Coordinator to join our Civil Infrastructure team based in Sydney.This is a challenging yet rewarding position, where you will be dedicated to delivering a high-quality service to support managers and the wider team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of this large business unit.Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:High level administrative and project support for the teams.Administer all aspects of meetings and events from ordering catering, agenda creation, minute taking (when required) to room set up.Manage enquiries when necessary, from internal and external clients and ensure follow up action is taken in a timely manner.Coordinate team initiatives and activities.Assist team leadership in the management and implementation of project and business systemsArrange travel and accommodation for team members in accordance with AECOM policies and guidelines.Document creation and formatting to ensure a high-quality outcome to AECOM brand standards.Maintain a working knowledge of team policies and procedures to ensure compliance to AECOM standards.Liaising with other functional teams such as facilities management, safety, finance, HR and IT to assist in expediting business needs for individuals and teamsOther duties as required to assist the teams in achieving their goals.
