Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
As a digital marketing executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing digital campaigns across various platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing Digital Marketing Strategies:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
Define target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert prospects into customers.
Managing Digital Campaigns:
Plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and content marketing.
Create compelling content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and ad copies.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts and profiles, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
Leverage social media advertising platforms to run targeted ad campaigns and increase reach and engagement.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility and rankings.
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building activities to enhance website traffic and domain authority.
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console and implement strategies to improve rankings and visibility.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, email template creation, and performance tracking.
A/B test email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act.
Analytics and Reporting:
Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Use data analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution.
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and continuous optimization of digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
Proven experience working in digital marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc. Content Writing, Videography, Video Editing, Graphics Design
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and technology.
Additional Requirements:

Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification) are a plus.
Experience with web development or graphic design tools is advantageous.
