Job DescriptionIndependently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary engineering works.Determine methods and procedures for new or special assignments.Assist in project checking for quality control on other projects.Ability to leverage previous experience completing multiple large projects with excellent results.Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory authorities and obtain approvals as necessary.Liaise with clients, professional organizations, contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors, and other designers.Leverage broad expertise or unique knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of company objectives and principles and to achieve project and strategic goals in innovative and effective ways.Have extensive knowledge in international and local mechanical codes, ASHRAE standards, NFPA, and ICC codes, in addition to experience with analysis and layout of mechanical systems, hydronic piping, air distribution, and products and materialsExcellent planning, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
