Partner with the best The Senior Sales Manager will be a channel and customer facing position, responsible for developing growth programs for the Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines. As a Senior Sales Manager - Aftermarket Programs, you will be responsible for: Working closely with channel partners and supporting sales teams to identify growth opportunities at end user facilities Mapping Baker Hughes valve product lines and operational capabilities to identify requisite investments Expanding Baker Hughes aftermarket sales volumes through expanded parts, upgrades, services Evaluating channel partner capabilities and gaps, communicating effectively to leadership opportunities for improvement Supporting development of project commissioning with transition of *** projects to local channel partners to support customers with commissioning and services Sharing best practices within region and with global sales teams Providing regional market intelligence and customer intelligence in the fast-growing Energy Transition industry. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's education in a STEM discipline from an accredited college (or or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience in the Energy Sector) Have 5+ years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service within the control valves, automation, and/or process control industries Be able to communicate at all levels within the organization and able to effectively influence others without authority.
