About the role As a Senior Business Analyst, you will manage the design and development of digital capabilities. This role is responsible in gathering and clarification, user story creation and management, process redesign, performing UAT and driving heuristic evaluations with business users. You will work with internal and external groups as well as across international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide evaluations of international’s business needs comprising differing product options Be accountable for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering capabilities onto platform, which involves short and long terms planning of capability road map Conduct workshops and one on one interviews to gather insights from stakeholders and to identify areas for improvement Identify potential follow-on business opportunities Lead and participate in enterprise projects engaging with team members and stakeholders in the delivery of insights Communicate findings and make recommendations to business leaders across the value chain To be successful for the role, you will have: Experience of working on complex business projects involving multiple systems Experience of leading a team of BAs. Experience of scope management and release management to ensure BAs capacities can be used to optimal level.
