Partner with the best The Service Technical Proposal Manager demonstrates accountability for all technical related actions required for a successful preparation of Service proposals. This role will drive profitable growth and ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical and analytical assessment on all Service-related matters. This role is part of the Commercial Service team supporting the Waygate Business Unit. As a Service Technical Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for: · Identifying best technical/commercial solution for Waygate Service offerings. Working with Teams to build Service proposals for new units/existing Installed Base. · Growing service sales by driving installed configuration, reviewing of technical requisites, identifying technical risks and creating service proposal cost/margin estimation. · Reviewing Customer Documentation as Tender and Request for Quotation document. Evaluating risk, creating mitigation strategies and adapting the Service Offering. · Building customer relationships with key service customers. Understanding their needs to bring additional value developed and executed by Sales/Service teams. · Supporting the commercial organization in upselling, deal closing and new opportunity discussions with Customers. · Managing ITO/OTR Handing over to Service Managers. Supporting and consulting during the OTR execution phase by Regional Field Service Managers. · Driving continue improvement culture through identification and implementation of technical risks, aiming for excellence execution of Service projects. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Have a Bachelor in STEM subject from an accredited school and have previous working experience in a Services, Commercial or Supply Chain role. · Be Fluent in English and Chinese language, + other languages as Korean, Japanese or Malaysian. · Be available to travel globally on short notice and up to 25% at certain times. · Be Customer oriented and have good oral and written communication skills. · Have good interpersonal and leadership skills in cross-functional teams within a matrix environment. · Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Able to adapt in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances · Be able to lead, document, plan and execute programs/projects.
