Partner with the best As an Application Operations Engineer you will use your skills with SAP PLM development to manage development aspects of multiple projects. You'll work with multiple projects and teams across diverse functional discipline areas, globally. As an Application Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for: Supporting the delivery of integrated SAP solutions for multiple ERP projects across BH businesses while working with Program Managers, functional owners, service providers and other members of SAP Devops team. Owning complete SAP PLM, Engineering module solutions for various end-to-end business processes, which includes prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, test, and documentation and post go-live support, including interfaces, cross module integration. Executing in-house project / Enhancement as well as overseeing Project implementation solution delivery. Being responsible for SAP PLM, Engineering related interfaces with external system cross module integration with other SAP modules. Showing complete accountability of quality of solution delivered by program and operations team. Driving SAP best practices standards across BH SAP Landscape. Ensure efficient and maintainable solution. Engaging proactively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process optimization. Ensuring the delivery of Stat/SOX compliant business solutions. Monitoring for new developments in SAP technology and explore the opportunities in SAP landscape for optimization of business process Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Engineering/Business Management with a minimum of 5+ years of SAP work experience. Have proven experience in designing and configuring SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S4 HANA SAP PLM and its Functional Modules and CROSS-FUNCTIONAL business solutions and system integrations. Have at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP PLM project implementation experience. Have 3+ years of functional experience in respective domains Technology / Engineering / Product Life cycle management. Show SAP Engineering Control Center experience is must. Have knowledge and functional experience in CAD applications like Solid works, Autodesk - Inventor, AutoCAD – Electrical, AutoCAD - Mechanical/software and its integration with SAP using CAD desktop or suitable tool. Have knowledge and functional experience in PLM Document Management and its integration with SAP. Have knowledge of Non SAP PLM support tools like CINET, CIDEON, and Document conversion / distribution software , Nextlabs, SAP Visual Enterprise etc. Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
