Responsibilties: Support the Associate Dean (Research Programmes) to manage matters pertaining to research programmes for Master’s and PhD degrees in the following areas: Review admission and scholarship applications to ensure compliance to policies/guidelines. Support the computation of allocation of RSS positions to Schools. Work with central offices to monitor and remind Schools on the utilization of RSS positions to ensure all positions are maximally utilized. Work with central offices/Schools to ensure GC’s decisions/guidelines have been implemented. Analyze and propose new processing workflows to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency. Roll out nomination calls and organize follow-up activities such as scheduling of applicants’ interviews, establishing evaluation committees on postgraduate admissions, scholarships, and awards. Requirements: A recognized university degree (in any discipline). At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Excellent planning and organization skills. Strong analytical skills. Possess good communication and writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office application software.
