Role Responsibilities· Maintain customer focus at all times and respond to customer inquiries over phone· Maintain knowledge of all Existing and Upcoming products of the company· Representing one of Australia’s leading Renewable Energy provider· B2C (Business to Customer) Outbound lead generation calling· Getting sales appointments and hitting achievable targets regularlyRequirements· Under Graduate, Graduate MBA / Postgraduates from any stream· Excellent verbal / spoken communication skills to deal with our Australian customers· Confident and outgoing personality with a positive resilient attitude· Money/target driven and competitive· Energetic, cheerful bubbly personality· Able to work between 7AM - 4.00 PM (expected to reach office by 6.30 am. | two-way transport provided)
