The Office of Admission is looking for a Senior Executive to join their team: Responsibilities Coordinate with Schools to activate opening/closing of application period for applicants to apply online. Verify the information submitted by shortlisted applications for Master’s subsidized programs. Provide guidance for Schools to process admission of students for non-subsidized programs. Verify supporting documents for applicants who enroll for subsidized programs. Transfer data to active table and ensure data are accurate before freezing of statistics. Generate data for matriculated students who enroll for non-subsidized programs, send to Schools for verification and make amendments before freezing of statistics. Provide statistical reports for KPI data submission and Performance Review Forum periodically. Provide statistics to Office of International Affairs and Institutional Statistics Unit on ad-hoc basis, as and when they require student data. Reply queries from role-based on applications/admissions process. Update intent and responses in Lyon chatbot. Proactive and adaptable with strong ability to prioritize multiple task simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Requirements Polytechnic Diploma Holders with at least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in an academic sector. Entry Level Degree Holders are welcome to apply. Administrative work experience will be an added advantage. Customer service experience will be an added advantage. Knowledge of MS Office applications. Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
