This person is responsible for leading software quality assurance teams to test new and exciting products for KnowBe4’s customers, alongside other engineers in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Responsibilities:

Leads high-performing Software QA Engineering teams to include training, mentoring, and assignments
Oversees and manages the creation, maintenance, and successful execution of manual testing
Develops, publishes and implements QA standards and practices
Makes sure the software QA processes are followed and makes sure the security and quality of the code is at the highest standards
Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight line

Minimum Qualifications:

BS or equivalent plus 3 years experience on a quality assurance team
Possess a deep understanding and passion of software quality assurance methodologies and practices
A proven track record demonstrating your ability to lead successful quality assurance teams
Possess advanced level analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Comfortably able to give constructive feedback in the form of test case and test plan audits
Ability to mentor and coach team members on software quality assurance engineering principles and established methodologies

The base pay for this position ranges from $110,000-$120,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
