Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional********manner
• Manage incoming calls and correspondence
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and********appointments
• Maintain organized filing systems, both********digital and physical
• Assist with preparation of reports and********presentations
• Handle requests and queries promptly and********professionally
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS********PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and ability********to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and********verbal
• No experience needed.
